Therapy Services
Face-to-Face and Remote Therapy
Assessments and therapy sessions are charged at £125 for one hour. I accept payment by card, cash or bank transfer.

Letters and Reports
Clinical Supervision for CBT Therapists
I am an experienced supervisor and trainer and offer clinical supervision for Cognitive Behavioural Therapists. I can provide supervision via Teams, or face-to-face. Prices are available on request.
Workshops
I deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy workshops for healthcare professionals and therapists. I also provide wellbeing workshops for businesses. Prices are available on request.
